Carrying Assistance

Service Overview

With carry assistance, our driver will give you one extra hand.

You and the provided staff will carry your item together. In the case you can not carry; We can send an extra staff, but the quote will increase.

We can provide staff at ¥2,500 per hour, from when they arrive at your door until you don’t need more help. Additionally there is an assistance fee ¥3,000. This is to cover transportation and insurance for our staff.

In short, the first hour is ¥5,500 and ¥2,500 for each additional hour.
